Dr. Bonnie Bloom received her B.S. in 1996 and her doctorate in veterinary medicine in 1999, both from Auburn University. She completed her veterinary dental residency with honors in July 2002 at Dallas Dental Service Animal Clinic. Dr. Bloom was student government president of the College of Veterinary Medicine from 1997 to 1998. She received a Clinical Achievement Award in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in the 1998-1999 school year. She received her Fellow of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry in 2003. In 2009, Dr. Bloom received the honor and distinction of becoming an adjunct professor at the Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Bloom is a contributing author in various journals and books on veterinary dentistry.
