My name is Karisa. I’ve worked at I-20 Animal Medical Center for almost 2 ½ years. I started out working in reception as a CSR in April 2021, and stayed in that position for over 1 ½ years. I got an amazing opportunity to work as a technician in December 2022, and I absolutely love it. I decided to work in vet med because I believe every animal deserve someone in their corner, and I am privileged to be that person. When I’m not working, I am spending time with my sister Kasie, my 2 dogs Ty and Athena, and 2 cats Luna and Leo. I love to bake, I love reading, and I love going on hikes with my sister and our pups.
